The Managed Co. was founded by Felica Gonzalez, MBA, PMP, a strategic operations professional with over 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and business optimization.
With an MBA and PMP certification, Felica has helped organizations improve processes, manage complex projects, strengthen vendor relationships, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
In addition to her corporate experience, Felica previously founded and operated PerfBaby LLC, a skincare brand, giving her firsthand experience as a small business owner. Through that journey, she understands the challenges entrepreneurs face. From managing vendors and building processes to balancing daily operations while working toward growth.
